Week 1
We had a fantastic first week! I have an amazing group of kiddos and I am looking forward to what this year brings. This week we worked hard organizing and setting up interactive notebooks, learning rules and classroom procedures. We also began working on place value and science lab safety. To end the week we learned our first comprehension strategy, METACOGNITION, and made a "Vine" to review lab safety. Here are a few pictures and the link to our Safety Rule Vine.
